My Weight Loss treatment sessions enable you to naturally regain control over your eating patterns and your relationship with food, so that you are able to achieve and maintain weight loss naturally.

If you also need help to overcome patterns of comfort eating, ie, eating as a way of dealing with stress, anxiety or boredom, you will be able to release the emotional triggers that prompt over-eating.


You will also be helped to change to the way you relate to certain foods, so that you are instinctively able to make better choices regarding the food you choose to eat, when and how you eat, and portion sizes.

No foods are forbidden and there is no strict dieting involved – instead you will develop a mindset that helps you to instinctively make healthier choices in the way that you want to, regarding food choice, portion sizes and lifestyle, that enable you to become slimmer and healthier – and to feel happier about yourself and your body.

You will also be given the opportunity to make any lifestyle changes of your choice that will naturally encourage weight loss. Whether it’s extra motivation or inspiration you need, you can be helped to take more opportunities to do more walking, dancing, swimming, playing sport or whatever suits you best.  Depending on how much weight you would like to lose, we can also set goals for weight loss and provide on-going help with coaching and maintenance support for the months ahead.


The Once And For All Weight Loss programme consists of a course of 4 sessions, with additional Coaching offered when required.
